If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your puppy within 3 days of delivery, you may request a refund. Please note that refunds will only be issued if the puppy is in the same condition as when it was delivered.

If you wish to return your puppy within 3 days of delivery, please contact us to initiate the return process. The puppy must be returned to us in the same condition as when it was delivered, with all original documents and vaccinations.
